Hello!  I am Dr. Karen Truesdell Bierman and have been practicing psychology in San Antonio and Bulverde, Texas for over 20 years.

In 2020, I took a Behavioral Health Consultant Role for the United States Air Force. I write, consult, and speak. I am a breast cancer survivor and have created a survivorship community for survivors and loved ones in order to provide and facilitate support.

My other specialty areas include depression, anxiety, balancing work and family life, coping with medical conditions, and psychological testing.  I also teach courses on Healing Hearts and ADHD (for parents and adults).  Welcome!  


I live in Bulverde, Texas with three children, two dogs, and two cats. I also play competitive tennis and enjoy my active family.
