Balance Checklist 

12 steps toward  balance and alignment  without guilt so that you can enjoy the things you really want.  Freedom ( geographic, financial, time, or the freedom to design your own life) is different for everyone.  Freedom for me is picking my daughter up from school every day, going to all my kids’ activities, working with clients that energize me, and time for tennis, writing, rest, and creating.  I love to read, write, watch crime shows, and knit.  I’ve dabbled in gardening and spinning my own yarn.  I also love connecting with people in my personal and professional life.  My protected family time is paramount.  

 

12 steps to experience freedom (time, money, experience) without working 80 hours a week and without going it alone so you can experience freedom.

  • Begin with the end in mind (have a vision) I love vision boarding
  • Identify your core values; what is important to you 
  • How do your values line up with how you spend your resources (time, money, energy)
  • Set SMART goals
  • Break dreams down into specific measurable goals
  • Set a date
  • Enlist support (one of my groups)
  • Build Community
  • Get training
  • Stay inspired (stay in touch)
  • Identify Energy Leaks
  • Stop those leaks (set boundaries and protect your time, energy, and resources)
