If you haven’t cracked the riddle in the question, here’s the answer: 😴 SLEEP! 😴 But improving the quality of your sleep is easier said than done. I get it, you’ve got a never-ending to-do list playing on repeat in your head. You’re overthinking that ONE comment you made over lunch with your mom. You’re constantly wondering if you’re *really* doing your best… what you could do better and how… I don’t have all of the answers, friend, but I know we can start with the quality of your sleep and see what positive shifts that brings! First, SAVE this post for when insomnia threatens to take the wheel. Then, I challenge you to implement ONE of these techniques this week: 🌙 Listen to some Frequency 528 Music 🌙 Meditation/ or mantra repetition (combined with breath work) 🌙 Reading/audiobooks to redirect your focus By giving these techniques a try you’ll experience more mental clarity, feel more emotionally regulated, and actually strengthen your body’s resistance to illness.
