My Podcast is live

My Interview with Diana Journy is live on Spotify.  For Season 1 of my podcast, I have interviewed 5/6 amazing women.  I am so excited that Diana's interview dropped first.  She is a dear friend and colleague.  The theme of my podcast is balance and all six interviews highlight balance from different perspectives from coaching, psychology, social work, and public health.  I hope you enjoy listening.  I will be identifying my interview list for Season 2 this fall.  More to come...
