Since I have been downsizing and decluttering, I feel energized.  I have created space for so many other things that bring me joy.  I have let many things go including old versions of me.  

Old Me, New Me Exercise

  • Seasonal Decor: Update your decor to reflect the new season. This could include changing out colors, adding seasonal flowers, or incorporating elements that bring the outdoors in.
  • Organize: Tidy up your workspace, closet, or any area that could use some attention. An organized space can increase productivity and reduce stress.

  • Seasonal Nutrition: Incorporate seasonal fruits and vegetables into your diet. Eating seasonally can be more nutritious and helps you stay in tune with nature's cycles.
  • Try Something New: Whether it’s a new hobby, class, or social activity, this season is a great time to step out of your comfort zone and explore something different.
  • Reconnect with Nature: Spend time outdoors to fully immerse yourself in the new season. This could be through hiking, picnics, or simply taking a walk in your local park.
  • Mindful Transitions: Practice mindfulness during the change of seasons. Acknowledge the transition and allow yourself to fully experience the shift in energy and atmosphere.
